At Wisk, we’re making everyday, autonomous flight a reality for everyone.
About us
Wisk is a leading Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) company and developer of the first all-electric, autonomous, passenger-carrying air taxi in the U.S. In 2010, our team set out to explore the possibilities of electric, vertical takeoff and landing flight. Since then, we have developed multiple generations of aircraft and conducted more than 1750+ test flights. In 2023, Wisk became a fully-owned subsidiary of Boeing. While we operate separately, this relationship allows us to tap into Boeing’s development, testing, and certification expertise, and more. Headquartered in Mountain View, CA with locations around the world, our vision of delivering safe, everyday flight for everyone is closer than ever to becoming reality.

Safety is at the core of everything we do. While our flights are autonomous, our "human-on-the-loop" approach ensures mission integrity every step of the way. Watch below to see how we’re studying operator interaction and its direct impact on mission workload. #AutonomyLab | #AutonomousFlight | #AAM

We had a great day at the San Antonio Mobility Coalition, Inc. (SAMCo) 2026 State of Aviation, where we connected with aviation leaders in the state and discussed the future of aviation in San Antonio with Jia Xu, Jim Perschbach, and Jesus Saenz. Texas is leading the next era of aviation, strengthening our aviation ecosystem and legacy. 📽️Uncut footage from the first flight of our second test aircraft. In our latest flight, we tested the aircraft's ability to quickly respond to position corrections on takeoff, which was followed by a focus on thrust dynamics. During the "thrust chirp", an oscillating input is injected into the controller's thrust command. Finally, a rapid landing was performed. The reaction of the aircraft to these commands provides data that validates how the vehicle matches our analytical models. Another critical milestone checked. ✨ #WiskAero | #FlightTest | #Autonomy | #AAM

A sneak peek into our Mobile Ground Control Station 👀 Senior Test Pilot Mike Luvara explains the unique work our ground crew performs, such as initiating a flight with "a click of button." We are currently refining the workflows that will eventually enable one person to manage multiple aircraft. Step inside the MGCS with Mike to see how we keep our aircraft safe and our data precise. #RemoteCockpit | #MobileGroundControlStation
