Fora Travel was just named one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies of 2026! What an honor and an accomplishment! This hits a little differently when you’re actually in the inside and watching the change happen every single day! I joined because I believed in the vision—but what’s kept me here (and what continues to surprise me) is how it feels day to day. Even as Fora grows and hits milestones like this, it hasn’t lost the thing that makes it so special: the people and the community. The founders are genuinely in it with all of us. They show up, answer questions, jump into conversations, and actually help problem-solve in real time. It’s not performative—it’s consistent, and it matters. As someone building a business within Fora, that level of access and support is something I don’t take for granted. On a personal level, this pivot and journey has been a big one for me. It’s pushed me, challenged me, and given me the space to build something I’m truly proud of—while also connecting me with incredible clients, partners and a community that constantly shows up for each other. Being recognized by TIME is huge. But what feels even bigger is being part of a company that’s growing without losing its soul. I’m really, really grateful to be a small part of this. Can’t wait to see what’s next Henley Vazquez Jake Peters Evan Frank - you are all so inspiring ! Congrats again! Link to full list in comments!

Today, TIME named Fora Travel one of its TIME100 Most Influential Companies of 2026. This is what a thesis paying off looks like. When we started Fora, we made a contrarian bet: a new generation of entrepreneurs wanted to build businesses in travel, and what stood between them and a great business wasn't talent or ambition. It was infrastructure. In under five years, more than 15,000 advisors have built businesses on Fora's platform. 97% were new to booking travel when they joined. The fastest are scaling to seven figure businesses in under two years, and eight figures businesses with minimal overhead and no ceiling. We did this by building a single platform for the entire job of starting, scaling, and operating a travel business, across hotel, cruise, tours, and every other vertical, with AI embedded directly into advisor workflows. One system - the longer you're on it, the faster it compounds. The next chapter goes further. We're enabling the operational work of advising so advisors can focus on what only humans do well: relationships, expertise, and the kind of trip curation no algorithm alone can replicate. We believe that within a few years there will be $50m - $100m agencies built on top of Fora, without the staffing burden, fixed overhead, or diseconomies of scale that have historically capped what a travel business could become. The recognition belongs to our community of advisors, and to the 200+ HQ employees who build for them every day. #TIME100Companies Henley Vazquez Jake Peters

  • Today, Fora was named one of TIME’s TIME100 Most Influential Companies 2026, highlighting companies making an extraordinary impact around the world. The recognition underscores a fundamental shift in the travel industry, one driven not by legacy infrastructure, but by a new generation of entrepreneurs. In under five years, more than 15,000 travel advisors have built businesses on Fora’s platform, 97% of whom are new to professional travel advising. At a time when online booking platforms and AI were expected to replace travel advisors, Fora invested in the opposite outcome: a future where human expertise is amplified by technology and AI to create a better way to plan, book, and experience travel. We look forward to continuing to enable more entrepreneurs to build in travel, increasing efficiency through technology, and strengthening our role as a preferred distribution partner for the world’s leading travel brands. #TIME100Companies

AI is not going to replace the travel advisor (but I do get asked this all. the. time!). It's going to make Fora Travel Advisors more defensible than ever. Glenn Fogel, Booking.com CEO (not exactly an advisor cheerleader), recently said technology will recreate the human travel agent "only much, much better." He's half right. Here's the structural reason: there are three layers to planning a trip. AI will get the first one. The other two are why advisors get more defensible from here, not less. 1) AI knows my clients. I recently asked Claude to recommend a hotel in Paris for my clients based on their previous trips. It recommended the exact same options I had in mind.                                                                        But knowing you isn't the whole job. 2) We need taste and a network. AI can read TripAdvisor and Condé Nast. It can't read our Fora X group chat (100s of messages a day) or text the GM to get you a room upgrade. 3) We get the offline stuff right. AI doesn't know the best tour guide in Rome (his name is Luca, DM me for an intro 😏), so you end up on a generic GetYourGuide tour that AI could scrape. Experiences, like tours, DMCs, and multi-day tours, are now a $271B market and the fastest-growing segment in travel (Phocuswright/Arival, 2025). Many of the highest quality experiences are still very much offline. The best version of this isn't AI vs. advisors. It's AI + advisors, who use AI to handle research and comparison so they can spend more of their time on the work AI can't touch - leveraging their network to plan the best trip for you.
