I am scheduled to fly from Van to Vic today. Leaving at 7am and returning at 2:30pm.
My family is sick and I’m concerned about negatively impacting other passengers.
I would like to reschedule the flights to Nov 9. Departing Vancouver at 7. Returning same day at 4pm.
I tried to reschedule online but the password reset function was not working. I still haven’t received my email to reset password.
Also tried calling the reservations line but doesn’t open until 7.

I just booked a flight for tomorrow, July 24th and booked the wrong time. Not sure how that happened. I booked 920 flight instead of the one I wanted earlier Flight number 914 at 13:55
I called at 3 minutes after 6:30PM and missed you.
Is it possible to change to the earlier flight at 13:55 on July 24th?
